Over the past 5 months, we held two writing program graduations at Barry J. Nidorf Juvenile Hall, celebrating the creativity, dedication, and growth of over 100 youth across 12 units.

To mark this occasion, we shared Wingstop and carne asada fries while recognizing the hard work each youth put into their writing journey. These moments of celebration honor achievement, build community, and remind young people that their voices and stories deserve to be heard.

Congratulations to all of our youth participants! Here’s to many more months of creative writing both inside facilities and on their return to the community.
