Do you celebrate Three Kings Day? More importantly, do you gather and cut the rosca? 😋

A rosca de reyes is a sweet buttery soft pastry with hints of orange flavor and topped with dry fruits like figs & cherries, sugar and almonds. We’re sharing a few local places you can get a rosaca before the big day. ⬇️

Invite family and friends over on January 6, and each person must take a turn to slice their portion of this sweet bread. Inside the bread, there is a small figurine representing baby Jesus. 🙏🏽

But folks aren’t always excited to get the figurine...Getting baby Jesus means that you must sponsor a tamalada celebration on February 2nd, or Día de la Candelaria. Let the celebrations continue!

The program is designed to help Black and Latinx-owned businesses like ours grow and create generational wealth.

We will receive $25k in non-dilutive funding, 12 weeks of training with other peers, co-working sessions at BioscienceLA, and ongoing support with follow-on funding.
