Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

I do not take any honor or acknowledgment for granted, including the recent honor of being named a Southern California Top 50 Woman Lawyer and Super Lawyer in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

📌 What makes this recognition even more meaningful is that it celebrates my work as a mediator and neutral—the true culmination of my 30-year legal career.

Even as a young employment and Title IX litigator, I approached every case with a focus on resolution, seeking ways to restore peace and balance in work, schools and other environments.

So this honor is not just for me, but for every attorney and their clients who entrust me to help mediate their cases daily.
