Outer Space Project brings artists into Atlanta to create murals across city Emma Gilbert is from Alabama and was brought into the city by the folks from the Outer Space project. The project started 10 years ago. They are bringing in artists from across the community and beyond to come and leave their mark on the City of Atlanta.
