Join us for a morning of yoga, sound bath & fitness. Sunday August 10th at 11 am at the beautiful Solar Studios in Glendale, CA. Our sessions will offer a retreat style atmosphere that is clean and safe. Come enjoy a moment for yourself or with friends. Get the mental focus, relaxation, core activation and a b***y blaster you desire! We ALL desire! Females and males welcomed. All ages, body types and levels.
