What can I say other than one of the best smashed burger and fry combos comes from Easy Street Burgers. are fire and not a single complaint about this burger. Probably too many jalapenos but that really isn't a problem.

Went to Hell's Kitchen in Harrah's Resort Southern California and when I tell you it was the worse experience. The plates came out super hot yet the food was room temperature. Most of the table sent their food back. Since I only ordered bone marrow and crispy brussels sprouts I just kept it. The brussel sprouts had absolutely no crisp to them and the bone marrow was sweet. I feel like they pre cook the food and half-ass warm it and once it's ordered. The server I believe his name was Christopher didn't make the experience any better.
PS. This is not the case for the Las Vegas location only the Southen California location. 2/10 wouldn't recommend. Only got a 2 because the dessert was straight.
