I love these inside out salads ๐คค Sofia has NOT been a fan of naps this week so weโve been eating a lot of quick and easy low carb meals like this! Despite being fussy during the day we have been blessed with a baby who loves sleeping at night so letโs hope that trend continues ๐
Say โYESโ if you would eat these Garlic Parm Brussels Sprouts ๐๐ How to make them: Preheat oven to 450F. Wash your Brussels sprouts, trim and halve them and then boil for 7 minutes. Toss them in ice water, drain well. (The ice water is optional but it helps prevent them from browning in the oven) Mix with olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Add to a baking sheet face down on parchment paper. Pro tip: SMASH THEM FOR AN EXTRA CRISPY VERSION! Bake for 25 mins. Take them out, grate some parmesan on top & broil for 1-2 mins. Itโs that easy ๐ This simple yet delicious side dish is one of my favorite ways to incorporate healthy veggies into my low carb lifestyle ๐
Say โYESโ if you would eat this easy snack ๐๐ Ingredients: Cream cheese Peppers & onions, chopped Salami Instructions: 1. Combine the cream cheese with peppers & onions. 2. Add it to your salami and fold into tacos 3. Bake at 400F for 20 mins, flipping halfway through. 4. Take out, let cool & enjoy! Salami tacos are the perfect low carb finger food if youโre looking for something quick, delicious and easy! You can even use a pickle instead of pepppers and onions and eat them uncooked ๐
Say โYESโ if you were expecting to see an exercise that targets belly fat!! ๐คฃ The truth isโฆ you canโt target fat loss. ๐ข If you want to burn belly fat, you have to fix your eating habits! ๐ Lifting weights will also help and so can cardio ๐

Say โYUMโ if you would eat this Easy Ranch Chicken Fajita Dinner ๐ฅ๐คค๐ What you need: 1 lb chicken breast, sliced 1 cup bell peppers, sliced 1/2 cup red onion, sliced 1 tbsp ranch seasoning 1 tbsp taco seasoning 2 tbsp oil How to make it: 1. Toss everything together in a bowl 2. Air fry at 400ยฐF for 12โ15 minutes, shaking halfway. Enjoy!
Say โYUMโ if you would eat these Healthy High Protein Chocolate Donuts ๐๐ฉ๐ What you need: 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup almond flour 3 tbsp sweetener 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese Optional: Melted, sugar free chocolate chips How to make it: 1. Mix everything and knead until it becomes a firm dough. Add a little more almond flour or cottage cheese if needed. 2. Press into a greased donut pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. 3. Let cool completely, then dip in melted sugar free chocolate and chill until set.
Say โYUMโ if you would eat this Healthy Pickle Bun Big Mac with 50g protein ๐ฅ๐๐ How to make it: Bake a few pickles between two piles of shredded cheddar on a parchment lined sheet 400F for 10-15 mins. Then mix 1/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp dill relish, 1 tsp paprika and a splash of vinegar for your Mac sauce. Once crispy add a beef patty, lettuce, onions and your sauce between each bun. Enjoy! For the macros here is how much of each ingredient I used for the buns, beef patty and sauce: 1/3 cup shredded fat free cheddar 1/3 cup shredded regular cheddar 4 oz 96/4 ground beef 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
Say โYUMโ if you would eat these Bang Bang Chicken Skewers ๐คค๐๐ฅ What you need 3 Chicken thighs 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp of each: Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground ginger For the sauce: 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 1 tbsp sweetener 3 tsp sriracha How to make it 1. Bite size your chicken, toss with the oil & seasonings. 2. Stick on skewers and air fry at 400ยฐF for 12 minutes. 3. Mix your yogurt, Sriracha, and sweetener. 4. Brush over your skewers and enjoy!
Say โYUMโ if you would eat these Reeseโs Banana Churro Bites ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ What you need: 1 low-carb tortilla 1 banana (or sliced strawberries to keep it keto) 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips 1 tbsp melted butter How to make it: 1. Spread your peanut butter on the tortilla & sprinkle on the chocolate chips. 2. Add a banana and roll it up. Brush with butter. Slice into 4โ6 pinwheels. 3. Air fry at 400ยฐ for 8 minutes. By the way, this was a recipe I originally made for my daughter, but ended up fitting it into my macros, and had to record it as a recipe video because it was SO good. If youโre on keto, swap the banana for strawberries and itโs amazing too ๐
