🇵🇱Mój największy projekt związany z zabytkowymi motocyklami? Budowa budynku, który ma pomieścić moje motocykle. Właśnie go skończyłem – zostało tylko sprzątanie i układanie motocykli. Projekt i pozwolenie zrobiłem w miesiąc, następnie budowę budynku zleciłem profesjonalnej firmie. Cały środek wykonałem już samodzielnie z nieocenioną pomocą żony. Zajęło mi to wszystko 12 miesięcy z czego ostatnie 5 to już wykończeniowe prace. Architekturą starałem sobie w Los Angeles stworzyć mój fragment Polski❤️. I tak oto zbudowana przeze mnie komora lakiernicza stała się moim przedwojennym przedstawicielstwem 🙂

🇺🇸 My biggest project related to vintage motorcycles? Building a space to house them.

I’ve just finished it - only cleaning and arranging the bikes remains. I handled the design and permits within a month, then hired a professional company to construct the building. I completed the entire interior myself, with help from my wife.

The whole process took 12 months, with the last 5 focused on finishing work. Through the architecture, I tried to create my own piece of Poland here in Los Angeles.

And that’s how the spray booth I built turned into my pre-war dealership

Today’s post is dedicated to the topic of sleeving the cylinders for my K800.
This is a major scope of work. So today I’m focusing on the proper fitment of the parts, their installation, and further machining.
Honing and milling the valve seats will be in the next post.
