sticks and scones may break my ...
thanks to the one and only for getting my scone craving on 😍 with this recipe.
Black & blueberry scones with lemon caramel (made healthy-ish):

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 Tbsp butter (cold)
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup blackberries/blueberries
- 1 cup half and half
Lemon Caramel Glaze:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
400 degree oven, combine dry ingredients, add butter, add berries, carefully add cream until all combined. For glaze, combine lemon juice and sugar until boiling and turns amber, add butter and let cool lightly.
