That champagne feeling at Rally Colorado 2025.

What an event for 2 years hiatus to put the old legacy back in the podium was surreal!

What a good weekend of racing.. Rally Colorado

Day 2 of was eventful and oh so exciting! Car was in pretty good shape after day 1. P8 overall, OR in class. For day 2 we had hoping into the CoDriver role and we can not thank him enough. It was awesome working with him.

Morning loop was smooth, took a stage or 2 to get confidence in myself and the notes but we keep getting better. 2nd loop. Confidence was high and we started to push more. Watch insta video and you'll see what I mean. SS12 was our adventure... We were moving and in R3 dn L1 up combo, the shift bushing pop and the gears became islands in the sun. After 6 mins, paying Castaway, we found what I believe was 1st gear then floated to 2nd gear and finished nthe stage. Not giving up we did SS12 with 2nd gear alone. And I still don't know how... we're almost 1sec faster than our 1st run 👀. We finished the rally after Texas sized slow roll giant donut at the Super Special.
Results were P4 in class and P10 overall. The 6mins of Castaway cost us a P3 in class and P6 overall, but in all fairness we finished one tough rally. (12 cars completed all 14 stages)

Last buy certainly not least Letty did her thing and got us to the finish, she maybe a butter knife among nukes, but she my trusty butter knife!
