News and updates from your LPT Diabetes program. We are open Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with exception to holidays.
There will not be an elders luncheon next week. I will be in training all week, please feel free to text me if you need anything.
Elders lunch will be this Wednesday July 8th at 11am.

Tomorrow and Thursday I will also be transporting kids to free lunch. Please have them meet at the CHR building by noon.
No transport on Wednesday for lunch, only to the pool. We will providing lunch with our NOW program, Wednesday from 12p-1pm.

Monday -Thursday this week I will be transporting kids to and from the pool. Pick up at admin building at 1pm, they will be dropped off and picked back up from the pool at 3pm.

If anyone would like to come use our equipment to work out we are here 8am- 4:30pm every day. If those hours do not work with your schedule please get in contact with me.
