An American utility patent is actually VERY useful in taking down American copycat products.

However, Chinese knockoffs are popping up all over the internet. Mainly Amazon. Not American made knockoffs, just from China. “Why only from China?” You ask. Because, while it would be illegal for an American to make sell or import illegal “knockoff” products that infringe on US Intellectual Property, it is NOT illegal, somehow, for Amazon to warehouse illegal knockoff products… FROM CHINA… in America… for a Chinese company… AND SELL illegal knockoff product on behalf of the Chinese company… in America, and Amazon gets a portion of the sale.

ISN’T THAT JUST STUPID!?

US Patent law keeps Americans (except Amazon, who is providing a selling-platform for Chinese companies) from making and selling protected Intellectual Property, but welcome foreigners to steal American Intellectual Property and undercut American prices by enacting slave labor in Chinese sweat shops.

Please be thoughtful of the big picture of what’s going on before just buying the cheapest version of a product on Amazon. When you buy Chinese knockoffs you are literally FUNDING Intellectual Property theft, modern day slavery, and you are taking food off the table of American entrepreneur families.
