I finally got the chance to check out one of my favorite spots, Seoul Korean Cuisine!

I was craving something cozy and spicy, and they never disappoint. In my opinion, they have some of the best Korean food in Lubbock!

I absolutely fell in love with the Tteokkochi they were perfectly chewy. For my entrée, I got the Chicken Galbi, which came with all the banchan. My unexpected favorite was the seasoned garlic stems… I seriously can’t stop thinking about them. 😭

For about $40, I got a ton of food, amazing service, and a great dining experience. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, and the whole setup made me feel like I was sitting in one of the mukbangs I love to watch. 🥰

If you haven’t been yet, definitely add it to your list!

Sunday Funday eating some Persian food at Cyrus Kabob! 🫖

We started with falafel which is YUMMY. I fell in love with the garlic sauce and used it on everything!! I got the Koobideh and Joojeh- the chicken was soooo juicy and the beef was flavorful as can be!

I also got a “special” hot tea which is a mix of different spices brewed in house served with a saffron rock sugar stick which made it delicioussss!

I seriously loved this experience and cannot wait to go back!

For all the food and tea it was about $55! It was a lot of food and we definitely had leftovers 🥰

Since I was a teen one of my favorite places to grab a bite from is Jimenez y Friends!

I have the best memories of when they were downtown… every Friday it was a burrito, a Big Red, and a pan dulce 🫶🏽 Now I still find myself stopping by whenever I have a little time before work 😊

Today I grabbed an egg, potato, bacon, and cheese burrito for $8.90 which filled me up and hit the spot 🌯

One local place I cannot get enough of is Mirch Masala Lubbock.

I grabbed their lunch special today and it is SO much food for just $13.99!

I got Dal Makhani (lentils), Chicken Karahi, which comes with rice, and Garlic Naan! I swear my tastebuds explode with flavor every single time. ☺️

You’re seriously missing out if you’ve never been!

Went and grabbed a scoop of ice cream at Millie's! 🍨

I got the “Best Chocolate” with peanuts and y’all…it was soooo creamy 🤤

Millie’s is known for their grass-grazed ice creams, dairy-free gelatos, shakes, sundaes, floats, homemade waffle cones, plus a full coffee, tea, and espresso menu!

Honestly just happy to have a spot in LBK serving ice cream made with real ingredients and no dyes!🫶🏽

Y’all when I say a meal hasn’t been stuck in my mind like this in a long time…I mean it!

First time checking out Dirk’s and I’m genuinely debating going back again TODAY because it was THAT good 😭

We went with my girl Hannah’s recommendations and got the Korean Fried Chicken (y’all know I LOVE Korean food!) and the Half Rotisserie Chicken and both were PHENOMENAL. The chicken was juicy, crispy, flavorful…just everything 🤌🏽

How was I missing out on some of the best chicken in LBK this whole time??? 🥴

I finally got the chance to check out Midnight Cravings and left SO full 🥴

I loooooveeeddd the cinnamon roll donuts from Dough-Nut-Patrol🙂‍↕️ and as an Indian food lover, the Butter Chicken egg roll from Outlaw Egg Rolls was easily my favorite bite of the night!

Honestly so happy we have events like this where you can grab a little something from everybody 😏

Lowkey mad because why have I never been to Burrito Tower before?? 😭

Decided to grab breakfast with my coworkers and I got the Gorditas breakfast plate (egg & chorizo gorditas with papas and beans) 🤌🏽

The chips were good, salsa had the perfect spice level (for me 😮‍💨), and the gorditas were actually soft and not dry at all! 🙂‍↕️

Now I need to know… what other hole in the wall spots am I missing in Lubbock??🥴
