Lead men will be in charge of working and making sure the pool is done correctly. Also will be in charge of his helpers. Lead men have to have at least 5 years aboveground pool installation experience or the drive and prove themselves. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work. The pay depends on the experience of you show us you can get the job done. Each crew will be three people looking for hard working helpers who also take pride and their work. My cousin and I will both be helping and we will know if you are telling the truth about experience in 10 minutes. Good pay begins in April.
