Back for the FIFTH Cap City in a row, it's Bianca Lynn Breeze! She first arrived as a contestant and has returned each year to represent her title as Miss Gay Capital City 2022. Bianca's presence and support has been so important to keeping the Cap City tradition alive, and I am so grateful to be able to call her a former and a friend.
