Transparency Moment from Coach Volonda :
March 16, 2024- the day I realized I had gotten back out of control. Cortisol and Insulin through the roof!
" Peri", PCOS, injuries, hypothyroidism, etc were wreaking havoc on my body and I refused to get back on any shots or meds.
This time I was going to do it naturally.
I know the power of the body when you put in the right environment: it can heal itself.
My hormones needed balancing.
The picture on the right was 4 weeks later.. (April 2024)
Since then I have made more progress and I JUST started easing back into exercising last week 😉
