appreciating the in between & feeling it all…

December is usually when I’m planning & reflecting on all of the positives I’ve experienced throughout the year, and don’t get me wrong I have plenty to be grateful for. It was the year I turned 30, married my person & bought our first home. Incredible things I’ve looked forward to for so long.

Then there’s the other reflecting that I’m forced to feel. The loss of my two favorite women & my husband’s grandma who I came to call gram myself. The struggle with constant anxiety & stress over quite literally the simplest things lol. All of it is supposed to be felt and when I’m looking back on my year, I felt it all.

I’m human first & I’m continuing to be proud of myself for handing all that life throws at us. What I want you to take from this is, it’s okay to feel it all and what matters most is how you take care of you at the end of the day.

I will always continue to show up as myself & as a business owner it’s something I’m going to continue to take with me & put it towards my work with my amazing clients. It all matters & you matter most.✨🥹
