Mindfulness Tip: Set the tone for the day ahead by setting a daily intention. In the morning before you get out of bed, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and ask yourself what your intention for the day will be. It could be being kind to yourself, being patient with others, or anything else you feel you need to focus on. Throughout the day, check in with yourself and revisit your intention to ensure you're acting on it.
