Yesterday was a dream come true!

No seriously… It sounds cheesy but I dreamed of having a little family, and experiencing their first Christmas. The dream is better than I ever could have imagined. 💙💕

With all the craziness around us, remember what is most important to you! For me it is family. Going back to my roots, being surrounded by loved ones who accept and love me for exactly who I am. That is incredibly special.

Even during the holidays, remember to check in with yourself often and pay attention to how you are feeling. Self care is doing what it best for you and your family! 💕 no matter who it upsets.

Why find our purpose? By finding our purpose we drastically reduce the stress of not wanting to do something or the stress of feeling unfilled! 💕

The people of Okinawa, Japan call purpose ikigai which translates to "a reason to get up in the morning". Furthermore, a Japanese study came out showing that people who felt a sense of meaning reduced mortality rates! 💕
