So thankful for the opportunity to gather, share a meal, and celebrate the amazing work done by Christian Aid Ministries in Madison & Taylor County and our outstanding community partners and families that helped make it possible.
Community Foundation of North Florida, American Red Cross of North and Central Florida, United Way, Volunteer Florida, Madison County Office of Emergency Management, Tri-County Electric, STUDSTILL LUMBER, our County Commissioners, and our City & County Building Departments… just to name a few!

And a HUGE shoutout to our Madison County Strong LTRG & Taylor County LTRG teams your heart, hustle, and dedication continue to move our communities forward!

This is what happens when a community comes together, over 70 homes repaired this round 🙌

If your home sustained damage during Hurricanes Idalia, Helene, or Milton, support is available. Madison County Strong is hosting an in-person application intake event to help residents begin essential home repairs and move forward on the path to long-term recovery.

We invite you to join us on December 9, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 PM at the DSR Public Health Foundation Greenville Office to speak with representatives, ask questions, and submit your application for assistance.

A little over a year ago, our community learned about the Roberts family, still living in a home crushed by hurricane damage, with trees straight through the roof, no power and no way out.

They had no transportation, no safe shelter, and no resources… but they had hope. And that hope is what we held onto with them.

Through the help of Starfish Disaster Recovery and some incredibly generous donors, the Roberts family was gifted a fifth-wheel camper. Madison County Strong stepped in to prep the site, clear the property, and get power restored so they could safely return home.

Today, we moved them back onto their own land.

Their smiles said everything.

This is what happens when a community refuses to let its people fall through the cracks. This is what *we* can do together.

Madison County Strong. And we mean it.

13 year old, Savannah Ewbank has been collecting food to help fill blessing bags that will go home with local students this week!

She stopped by the office today to drop off the items!

Let this be a reminder, you can serve your community in some way, no matter how young or old you may be! ❤️🫶🏼

Today we want to give a HUGE shout-out to Jason Miller and his incredible crew of volunteers who showed up with servant hearts and strong hands. 💪❤️

Jason has been with our Long-Term Recovery Group since the very beginning, and time after time he continues to show what true dedication to our community looks like.

He and several friends rolled up their sleeves to help clear out part of a home in need of repair after Hurricane damage.

Their hard work is paving the way for crews to come in next and begin the restoration phase. 🛠️🏠

We are so thankful for this team and their willingness to step in wherever they’re needed.

The photos say it all, neighbors helping neighbors is what Madison County is all about. 🙌

A huge thank you to our local Winn-Dixie here in Madison, FL for their generosity!

They donated a gift card to help us bless families who have been displaced and are now transitioning into permanent housing.

We have an elderly family, husband is an amputee in need of assistance with a clean out. Dumpster has been delivered and we need help filling it so we can restore their home, faith, and hearts. Anytime is appreciated whether it be 1 hour or 5 🙌🏼
