This 'Forgot Password" Incident Takes the Cake

Just this month, terrified Hawaiian's ran for shelter and said their last goodbyes while government officials struggled to retract their doomsday alert sent through the state's emergency management agency, HI-FEMA. As a fallback, officials decided to take to Twitter to assure anxious citizens the event was a simple "human error.” To make matters worse, the Governor could not remember his Twitter login! http://time.com/5115382/david-ige-twitter-password/

It's too bad that Twitter and most other companies still rely outdated identity and authentication processes and haven't adopted more modern and more secure solutions.
