Meet the Team: Andrew Harrover

Meet Andy Harrover, CEO of Matrix. For the past 26 years, Andy has helped shape the company with a steady, thoughtful approach and a calm, grounded presence. He enjoys diving into research and working through challenges that require focus and curiosity—always leaning into problems instead of shying away from them.
Andy is an early riser who likes to start his day with purpose and momentum. He prefers phone calls, reaches for salty snacks, and often has a podcast playing in the background to stay engaged and inspired. Outside of work, he enjoys a good whisky, spending time with his dogs Goose and Dexter, and making the most of living in Virginia, where he can experience all four seasons throughout the year.
When he’s not working, Andy likes to stay active—whether that’s working out or simply keeping busy. And while a completely free weekend might be, in his words, a bit of a “metaphysical impossibility,” he’s always finding ways to stay productive. His current go-to music includes bands like Foo Fighters and Rush, and he keeps a simple perspective on good days: waking up is a great start.
Andy values a team that genuinely cares and takes ownership in what they do, helping create a culture built on accountability, trust, and forward momentum. His mindset is simple—run toward the problems and figure them out—and that approach continues to guide Matrix every day.

Meet the Team!

Sarah Elebaid, one of our Dispatchers at Matrix. Sarah has been with the team for 11 months and is known for her kind, helpful, and sweet approach to her work. She enjoys reviewing time entries—one of those behind‑the‑scenes tasks that keeps everything running smoothly. A night owl fueled by coffee, Sarah prefers phone calls over emails, sweet snacks, and having a playlist on while she works.
Winter is her favorite season, filled with many of her best memories. Outside of the office, Sarah values self‑care, quality family time, and taking her kids to the park. On a free weekend, she’s most likely resting, treating herself at the salon, and catching up on shows. She’s currently listening to Stories of the Prophets by M***i Menk.
What means the most to Sarah is ending each day by going home to her children. She appreciates her teammates for being reliable, funny, sweet, and true team players. A proud mother of three beautiful girls, Sarah’s life is rooted in her love for God and family—and we’re grateful to have her as part of the Matrix team.
