3️⃣ Define your next-level criteria.
Decide what you want more of, like creativity, ownership, flexibility, or recognition. Then decide what you want less of, like politics, burnout, or work that feels transactional. Combine that with your experience, compensation goals, and lifestyle priorities to build a framework for decisions that feel strategic instead of reactive.
