KANSASWORKS Manhattan was honored to present at a Manhattan Rotary Club meeting in May, where Youth Career Coach Matt Olthoff shared information about youth workforce development opportunities available through the Kansas Network for Employment and Career Transition for Youth (knectY) program. πΌβ¨
Matt discussed the importance of connecting young people with career coaching, education, training, and employment resources - especially those facing barriers to learning and employment.
A special thank you to the Manhattan Rotary Club for supporting youth literacy and education through their donation of the children's book Who Ate Steve to Bluemont Elementary School on behalf of Matt and Kansas WorkforceONE.
We appreciate the opportunity to connect with community leaders and share how workforce development is helping build brighter futures for Kansas youth!
