This is the difference between the athletes that meet their goals and those that don’t. How successful you are comes down to what you do on the days when you don’t want to train. One of the many benefits to having a coach is adding some accountability. You shift the odds in your favor when you have someone expecting to see a workout uploaded and checking in with you if that doesn’t happen.

Last weekend Noelle Andrychowicz completed the Gray Duck Grit, a 111 mile gravel race in Southern Minnesota. She rode with a friend, and helped to pace them for their first 100+ mile race. Noelle is a super experienced endurance athlete with some incredible races under her belt. There’s no doubt her friend appreciated having Noelle ride with her and keep her company for her first century. Any day you go out and ride 111 miles you deserve a pat on the back!

This weekend Nicky, and two of our coached athletes Ester Fonseca-Patriarco & Ben Freer finished Iron Cross Race which is one of toughest ”gravel” races around. 55 miles of stunning riding through Pennsylvania countryside makes the nearly 7000ft of climbing worth it! This is a brutally tough race but one that we’ll keep returning to and encouraging our coached athletes to do the same!

ARO athlete Kelly Plasse finished her first 100 mile race two weeks ago. She worked incredibly hard for this finish and we couldn’t be happier for her! Congrats Kelly!
