Discovering the Gifts of The Spirit

Today I feel inspired to share about the incredible Gifts of The Spirit that God has given every believer! These gifts — wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, tongues, and interpretation — are not just for some “special” Christians, but for all who seek Him and walk in faith.

The Holy Spirit empowers us not only to live victoriously, but also to serve others and build up the Body of Christ. Let’s ask God to activate these gifts in our lives, so that together we can bring hope, healing, and encouragement to the world. Remember, these gifts operate through love and are meant for the benefit of everyone.

Are you hungry to know more about the Gifts of The Spirit? How have you seen these gifts at work in your own life? Let’s discuss below!

We’ve all heard the verse, “Love covers a multitude of sins.” But somewhere along the way, many started using it to mean: “If you really love someone, just keep quiet, don’t confront, don’t expose.” That’s not what Peter was saying.

The only thing that truly covers sin is the blood of Jesus. To use “love” as an excuse to cover up wrongdoing is dangerous. That’s not love — that’s compromise.

Think about Eli the high priest. He loved his sons, but he refused to confront their sin. Where did that end? It destroyed his entire family line. Or King Saul — he loved the people’s praise more than obedience to God, and he lost the kingdom.

When we put human approval above God’s truth, it will always cost us. It may look like “love” on the outside, but inside it’s fraud — a cover-up.

True love is not afraid of truth. True love doesn’t look the other way. True love calls people to repentance because sin destroys, and repentance restores.

Church, this is the hour to stop playing with compromise. Stop calling silence “grace.” Stop trading obedience for popularity. Jesus exposed sin on the cross and broke its power. If He lives in us, then light must expose darkness through us too.

1. Don’t fear man. Fear God.
2. Don’t seek applause. Seek His approval.
3. Don’t compromise truth. Preach it in love.

“The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is safe.” (Proverbs 29:25)

True Christianity Holds the Blueprint for God’s Kingdom Culture 🔥

We Are All Equal at the Foot of the Cross
When we look at one another, we must never think of ourselves more highly than we ought. We are not called to compete but to complete one another in the Body of Christ.

“Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought to think, but think with sober judgment...” (Romans 12:3, ESV)
“Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27)
Without Christ, we are nothing. May we decrease so that He might increase (John 3:30).

Structure Is Biblical—But So Is Humility
Paul gave clear direction to the Philippians: unity, humility, and Christlike love should define our relationships.

“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.”
“Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
(Philippians 2:3–4)
Church leadership must not be built on self-importance or rank. While order and function are necessary (see Titus 1:5), the spirit in which we operate must be one of servanthood and mutual honor.

Leadership Does Not Equal Superiority
Being a pastor, apostle, or leader involves responsibilities—but it does not make one more important in God’s eyes.

“The eye cannot say to the hand, ‘I have no need of you’…” (1 Corinthians 12:21)
“God shows no partiality.” (Romans 2:11)
Each member is vital. The shepherd may lead, but every sheep matters. In fact, the greatest among us is called to serve (Matthew 23:11).

No Tiered System in the Kingdom of God
The Kingdom is not a pyramid with the "anointed few" at the top. That’s religion. That’s man’s system. The Kingdom is a body—joined together, each part doing its work (Ephesians 4:16).

God’s glory doesn’t rest on titles. He rests on the humble, the hungry, and the holy.

Revival Stops Where Control Begins
Revival isn't man-made—it’s God-breathed. And it dies the moment someone tries to own it, name it, or control it.

“Quench not the Spirit.” (1 Thessalonians 5:19)
“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Corinthians 3:17)
When revival becomes about our ministry, our church, our leadership, it becomes an idol. God won’t share His glory with another (Isaiah 42:8).

The Kingdom doesn’t need another superstar—it needs servants. Let us lead from our knees, not a platform. Let us love without status, serve without seeking attention, and walk in the fear of the Lord, not the fear of missing out.
