This PDF download is specifically for dementia patients. The story lists the many special days in May and do not expect patients to follow it all, just read it aloud and they will hear some familiar words as they listen. Then, discussion questions could be asked. The questions require only yes-or-no answers, although not all patients will respond. Just let them listen. If someone offers comments, just accept them even if they aren’t specific to the information being presented. If using this product at home with just one patient, the same approach applies.
