A huge and heartfelt Thank You to everyone who donated to our Brighter Days summer fundraiser.

Your generous donations are a YES for animals in need right now. You're part of every meal fed, every vet visit, every safe night's sleep, and every happy new beginning this summer.

We are thrilled to give you this update on Howie, who we first introduced in June. Howie was first abandoned, then hit by a car and badly injured. Despite our best efforts and a top notch medical team, we couldn't save Howie's leg and it was amputated a few weeks ago. But that hasn't slowed this happy little boy down! He was on the go the day he got home from the hospital, moving around with ease.

Best of all? Howie is home! He has two humans and two canine siblings who all adore him. He races around the yard doing zoomies with his new family and keeps right up with them. His parents say they are now three peas in a pod.

Thank you for your kind hearts, your compassion and your action to help homeless pets. It means the world to Howie and pups like him.
