Good news for landlords with Worcester properties!
Worcester rents have increased by 6.1% In the last year, Worcester rents have increased by 6.1%, as of the third quarter, good for sixth place in small U.S. metro areas, according to a Texas real estate data firm.

I just experienced this on a rental unit where no pets are allowed. A prospective tenant claimed that her dog is a service animal. When pressed for papers, she claimed that her papers were burned in her divorce. She couldn't afford a doctor's visit for new papers. What's wrong with this picture? 🚩🚩🚩
Proposed bill would penalize owners who pass off pets as service animals First-time violators would be subject to a fine of up to $500, 30 hours of community service or both.
