Been a while since we posted anything on here. Had to replace the deflector plates on the smoker so testing it out this weekend with a couple pork butts and a chicken maybe some ribs later today, good day to do some smoking and practice for all these weddings we have coming up this year!!! Stay tuned....

Everything turned out great, good smoking day. We failed to catch pictures of the cream cheese. We were just too excited about all the meat!!!

We love smoking day!! Got some ribs, pork butts, pork belly burnt ends, and chuck roast going today. Stay tuned for the cream cheese later in the day.
