This coffee from the Sitio Campestre farm in Brazil is a great example of the quality and innovation found in the country’s specialty coffee industry. Sitio Campestre has been in Maurílio Teófilo’s family for over three generations, evolving from open land into a thriving coffee farm. Drawing on generations of agricultural knowledge shared within his family, Maurílio continues to pursue quality through cultivation practices and thoughtful processing. 

Part of the coffee’s character can be attributed to the ideal climate and growing conditions of the Cerrado Mineiro region. After harvest, the coffee undergoes a controlled windrow fermentation during drying, where temperature and moisture are carefully managed to enhance sweetness, complexity, and fruit character.
