Non-surgical Nose Job. This patient had a previous surgical rhinoplasty but was not completely satisfied with the results. She felt she still had a slight dorsal hump and wanted a more lifted nasal tip. With strategically placed filler we were able to achieve just that.
Previous surgery and/or injury to the nose does increase the risk of filler in this area. This does not mean it can't be done but understanding this risk and being well educated in complication management is so important. As well as taking all necessary precautions to minimize this risk. I have this conversation with every patient prior to the procedure to ensure they are aware of this risk and know all the things to look out for prior to leaving my office.

Love sharing knowledge! The success of an aesthetic injector depends of course on drive and determination but even more on their willingness to learn and ADAPT. This field is forever changing which is one of the many characteristics that make it so exciting. But if you aren’t willing to grow with it you will get left behind. So you absolutely cannot become complacent in this field. Knowledge expands, techniques advance, products evolve, results improve. With better understanding of facial anatomy and the way products react in facial tissues we can create customized results tailored to each individual patient.
I am constantly seeking out trainings and new learning experiences to better provide for my patients. The way I treated someone last year may not be the same as the way I treat them next year. And I also LOVE sharing this knowledge with other providers. Because in the end we’re all in this together. And we should all want the same thing, which is whatever is best for the patient.

Facial Balancing with focus on volume replacement. This patient was unhappy with her midface. She once had full cheeks but over time volume loss caused midface hollowing and descent of tissue leading to a more aged and tired appearance. She also has some hyperpigmentation accentuating this hollowing. By replacing the volume we were able to restore a more youthful cheek contour bringing life back into her midface and creating a more lifted and rested appearance.
Now that the we have corrected the volume deficit we will continue to work on the hyperpigmentation with at home skincare.
Areas treated:
· Midface x 2
· Nasolabial folds/pyriform space (triangular hollow next to nose)
· Chin
Future plan:
· Subtle lip for hydration and structure
· At home skincare for hyperpigmentation
