Friday Failure Analysis #001

Severe death wobble brought this JK into the shop. The broken track bar bracket looked like the problem… until we took it apart.

A loose track bar bolt had ovaled the mounting hole, hammering the bracket with every bump until it finally failed.

The broken bracket wasn’t the failure. It was the evidence.
