2025 marks a monumental year for NABFEME... we celebrate our 25th Anniversary! As we reflect on 25 years of unwavering dedication to education, fostering inclusion, promoting equity, and empowering women... we are excited about our next chapter of progress! Our theme for 2025, “Ain’t No Stopping Us Now,” captures our leadership's relentless spirit and commitment to pushing forward. This theme not only honors the remarkable journey of over the past quarter-century, it also serves as our guiding light throughout the year. Join us as we celebrate and strive to inspire the next generation of trailblazers!

We began this women's empowerment journey over 20 years ago! Ironically many of our "topics of discussion" remain paramount today! Beyond the throes of the pandemic, a revival is in our future. We plan to reconvene as our voice is vital to the workplace, the home and the community. NABFEME (20 Networks strong) is the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Inc.
