Position is a bookkeeper/QuickBooks Experience is a Plus

Must have knowledge of payroll Weekly Payroll
Garnishments and other misc. deductions including 401k
State withholding.
Accounts Payable

Ability to maintain a sales journal using Excel and QuickBooks. Balance cash receipts with deposits per sales.

File and pay monthly sales tax with the state.

Know the basics of bookkeeping. Keep monthly reports filed and in order.

Assist customers and answer phones as needed.
