Okay GIRLS… let’s talk honestly today. 👀💭

How many of us have mastered looking “okay” while secretly carrying way too much?

Still showing up.
Still smiling.
Still producing.
Still helping everybody else.
Still handling business.

But emotionally?
Mentally?
Spiritually?

Tired. 😮‍💨

Whew sis…
One thing about high-functioning women —
people will celebrate your strength while completely missing your exhaustion.

And sometimes the strongest women in the room are the ones silently craving:
✨ rest without guilt
✨ softness without shame
✨ support without always being the supporter
✨ peace without having to earn it

Because survival mode can become so normal that we stop recognizing we deserve ease too.

And let’s be real…
Some of us don’t even know how to put the cape down anymore because being “the strong one” became our identity.

But healing requires honesty.
And God never called us to carry everything alone.

So today’s question is:
