Working 10 years in the financial industry there is no secret that real estate is on of the top investments that an individual can make to maximize their initial investment. While many have had a lot of success the real estate field can also be one of uncertainty! Here are just 3 of the reasons that perspective buyers/ sellers told me why their home isn’t getting sold!!

I have been in finance and banking for 10 years. I have had the privilege to help a lot people meet their financial goals and dreams. Well in 2019 I decided to take that same energy and began to go on this entrepreneurship journey!! Having a family, I decided to let my 9-5 find my business and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!! I’ve made many relationships and connections with my target audience which are realtors and the financial sector and I have built in investors that pay dividends every 2 weeks ( my paycheck! Lol )!
