Fruits and vegetables harvested in season means more flavor, more nutrients, and cost less!
if they are not in season that means they have probably traveled a long way to get to the grocery store and we’re probably picked before they were ripe -not as much flavor or nutrients.
Here is a list of some that are in season now!

ran out of time to prep lunch?
Here a few options to grab and go if you have a microwave available.
If you have a few minutes to prep
The Birds Eye stir fry pack has 4 servings. You can cook that and throw in a few pieces of chicken it makes a perfect lunch.
and these overnight oats I just found at wal mart. I’ve been sending them with my husband to drink in his truck on the way to work. They have chia seeds, flaxseed, and hemphearts which gives this not only a boost of healthy fats but also 5 grams of fiber! Just add water or milk and refrigerate overnight!

The biggest lie we tell ourselves, may be keeping us stuck and unhappy!
“You can do it on your own”

Deep down we know the reason is the excuses we are allowing ourselves to make but it’s easier to stay in our own comfort zone rather than making REAL changes, getting uncomfortable, acknowledging the issue, and taking action.

3 things I hope you take away from being in this group
1. Diets do not have to be restrictive and all or nothing.
You haven’t failed if you have a cookie (or two or three).
You don’t have start back over on Monday.
2. You do not need to cut out a certain food group.
Carbs = energy and fiber
fat = healthy hormones and vitamin absorption
fruit = vitamins and minerals
Eat what you love in moderation 😊
3. Foods do not need to be labeled good or bad.
Make the decision to eat a cupcake (or whatever your thing is) with no guilt.
If you allow these foods into your life occasionally, you will be a lot less likely to binge, because the food (whatever you favorite thing is) will be there, it’s not disappearing never to be eaten again.
