We’re so excited to share that Alicia O’Brien has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, marking the first COO role in The Mailworks’ 42-year history.

From starting as an executive assistant to stepping into this new leadership role, Alicia’s ability to bring clarity and structure to everything she touches has shaped how we work and how we grow.
