Camp Week 2 lots of progress was made and lots more work has to be done. There isn’t perfect mechanics or movement patterns but they are learning and improving which is all you can ask for as a coach. You learn faster and have better skill acquisition learning from your mistakes and working to improve them. . Got to keep it fun for these athletes as well. By incorporating fun games into the session they get more out of it.
