Please help us by reading the flyer completely before calling or messaging our office. Most questions being asked are already answered on the flyer. ❤️
A few important reminders for our diaper distribution:
• Diapers are first come, first served while supplies last.
• There is NO pre-registration and NO paperwork required before arrival.
• Please do not request sizes in the comments. We cannot reserve or issue diapers based on Facebook comments.
• To receive diapers, simply get in line and follow the alley entrance directions listed on the flyer.
• Once you are in line, you will complete a very brief application by scanning a QR code. This is minimal information required by our distributors/donors for tracking purposes only.
• Please pull into the alley where it says ENTER and follow all traffic directions from staff and volunteers.
• It would also be very helpful if you could bring a bag, tote, or box to carry your diapers in.
• Unfortunately, due to ongoing issues with donated diapers being resold online, all diaper packages will be opened at the time of distribution. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure these donated resources go directly to families in need.
We kindly ask that everyone be patient and respectful as we work to serve as many families as possible.
If you call the office with questions already answered on the flyer, we will direct you back to the flyer information so we can keep phone lines open for urgent needs and event coordination.
