That’s often all it takes to save a life.
Merced SPCA is seeking compassionate foster volunteers to help care for rescue animals while they wait for adoption. Foster homes are especially critical during kitten season, when shelters and rescues are overwhelmed with homeless animals.
Fostering allows animals to recover, grow, learn to trust, and receive the love they deserve. It’s one of the most rewarding ways to help animal rescue, and it’s often the difference between life and death for vulnerable animals.

Cats + Clay is almost here! 🎨🐾
Looking for the purr-fect Saturday outing? Join us at EarthWorks ClaySpace for Cats + Clay, a fun fundraiser benefiting the Merced SPCA! Create something special, meet some adorable adoptable cats, and help support local animals in need. EarthWorks will be donating 50% of the proceeds to Merced SPCA!

🐱 Paint a ceramic piece to take home the same day

Can’t participate? We’d still love to see you! Donations of pet food, treats, toys, blankets, and other supplies are greatly appreciated and go directly toward helping local animals in need.
