Y’all, this one is a winner! I made a copycat version of Chicken Salad Chick’s Jalapeño Holly Chicken Salad, and it was so easy, so flavorful, and absolutely delicious! 🌶️
The perfect blend of creamy chicken salad with just the right kick of jalapeño makes this a great option for lunch, a quick snack, crackers by the pool, or even a light summer supper.
Tonight’s supper is a fresh Squash & Zucchini Casserole made with vegetables straight from the garden!
And yes, it’s been one of those days! No makeup and plenty of time spent working in the yard. But that’s real life around here, and honestly, that’s when some of the best suppers happen. ❤️

Supper tonight with all the fresh veggies! Grilled pork steak, fresh corn on the cob, squash and cucumbers from my mom’s garden, and tomato’s from Mathis with a side of broccoli and cheese pasta!

Weekly menu is finally posted!!
Last week was a whirlwind with all the end-of-school activities, awards, and wrapping things up at SEMS, so I completely missed posting our menu — thanks for giving me grace! ❤️
Tomorrow we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day filled with family, gratitude, and good food. 🇺🇸
This week’s menu has all the summer supper vibes. And yes… leftovers made the menu twice because this momma is officially in summer mode now.

It’s a full (and fun!) week over here!
Teacher Appreciation Week is here, and I’ll be cooking up something every day for our amazing teachers—starting today with lemon blossoms! 🍋
And to top it all off, Caleb and I are celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary on Friday! ❤️
Grateful, busy, and soaking up all the good this week has to offer! 🥰
