Kandi Burruss Claims Estranged Husband Todd Tucker Lives Rent-Free In Her Guest House & Refuses to Pay Child Support

According to court filings, Tucker has been living rent-free in Kandi’s Atlanta guest house, a property she owned before their marriage, and has not contributed to any household or child-related expenses.

Since Kandi filed for divorce on November 21, 2025, their two children, Ace and Blaze, have had two birthday parties, which Tucker attended but allegedly refused to help pay for. Kandi also says he has not contributed to the kids’ care, tuition, or fees for their full-time caregiver, even though he benefits from the caregiver’s services.

Despite working on Broadway in New York since November 2025, Kandi consistently flies home to spend time with her kids, emphasizing that she is not an absentee mom. She is now asking the court to order Todd to pay child support, contribute to expenses, and set a formal parenting schedule.
