This is a super vulnerable post, guys 🙈

I haven’t actively sang in so many years because I’ve spent so much time avoiding my feelings.

It was so much easier to push everything away than to feel a single negative emotion.

Until I had a total mental breakdown last September of 2025. So many years of unprocessed emotion sent me into the worst spiral of my life. Thank God I have an incredible family and friends who love me, or I wouldn’t have made it out alive. Today, I’m still struggling, but I’m on the search of feeling peace again. I am doing much better than I was, and any progress is success in my book.

Thank you for reading all of this. I love you all so much, and if any of you are struggling, just remember that you will live to have another good day.

I know this is not my usual content, but my DMs were flooded with women who have gone through trauma related to IUD insertion and removal.

This is a topic that needs to be spoken about more, and it breaks my heart to know that so many women are treated so poorly in our healthcare system.

To all of the women who have been treated like cows, I stand with you.
