Transition Conference:

Transition planning is a critical component of a youth/young adults educational program. This event will feature presentations and workshops to help you better understand what families can do to prepare for life after high school. This is a full day event with speakers, information tables and networking opportunities.

The conference will begin at 8:30 am for registration and breakfast. Speakers will begin at 9:00 am. The day will conclude at 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided.

Sounds like a great even for families in the Pemberton HS area - many children (young adults) need their Birth Documents revised/updated with the correct Father's Name - whether for their FAFSA documents or just for future knowledge.
