According to a recent study by The 3% Movement, only 11% of creative directors in the US are women, despite the fact that women make up the MAJORITY of the industry. This is a problem that needs to be addressed if we want to create a more equitable and inclusive work environment. ⁠

The statistic is even worse when it comes to Latin Women in the industry, with only a mere 2% representation as creative directors. Latin women face additional obstacles such as discrimination, stereotypes, and a lack of access to mentorship and networking opportunities, making it even more challenging for them to break through the glass ceiling. ⁠
