somewhere along the way my “weekday easy run” turned into what used to be my longest run of the week and I just… accepted it??
anyway,if you see me casually doing 10+ miles on a Tuesday, mind your business 🏃🏻♀️🫶🏼

what a fun summer… am I right? 🤪 and no, I won’t be doing any runs at the crack of dawn, so I’ll be accepting the challenge of marathon training in maximum spicy Miami temps 🥵
