The groundbreaking of our 1067 Motion Project brought together our dedicated BEC Group team, local authorities, and the honorable Mayor of Hialeah to celebrate the start of this new chapter for the city.

Recently, I had the privilege of joining the Groundbreaking Ceremony for 1067 Motion, a new transit-oriented development on the east side of Hialeah. This project represents another step forward in addressing our community’s housing needs while providing convenient access to public transportation. Congratulations to BEC Group Services & Development and the entire 1067 Motion team! This project is another example of how we are building a stronger, more connected Hialeah for generations to come.

The wait is almost over! 1025 Metro in Hialeah is getting its final touches and will soon be ready to open doors for future residents.

At 1025, METRO work continues; we are just finishing the interior framing, and we keep moving up!

One of the most important elements of building construction is concrete; today we will briefly explain its use and history. Concrete, a mixture of cement, sand, and gravel or stone, has a rich history dating back to ancient civilizations. The Romans significantly advanced its use and created iconic structures such as the Pantheon, that still stands thanks to its remarkable durability, which is due to the addition of volcanic ash known as pozzolana.
