👉Massage at night to calm your child’s body and help them get a restful night of sleep. Dilute with a carrier oil and apply over the heart, back of neck or as desired.
👉Need to help your child focus? Apply appropriately diluted under the nose and behind the ears and temples.

💡The blend is also helpful applied to the back of neck on either side of the spine. Repeat mid-day if desired. Some report a sedative effect when applied to the insides of wrists and/or under the nose.
